Turk.TV allows you to recieve up to 750 streaming channels from hundreds of countries around the world. There is no need for a PC TV card because the channels are streamed through your internet connection and the developers claim it even works with a 56K dialup connection. However, you'll only get decent picture and sound quality on a broadband connection.
